At The Divine Shop, we want you to feel confident in every purchase; if your selection isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
